Second day of the trip and a second author appears!

Books!

 Our first couch surfing experience was rather short, but we did discover a number of new books to check out (the paleo diet, lasagna gardening, pride and prejudice zombies, etc).  Not that we really need more; I doubt we'll get through what we already have between the iPad, library books and recent gifts.

Jumping to a completely random aside, we are enjoying the many strange city names in this country... Altoona, Good Cheer and War Axe are a few that come to mind.  Ooh, and we just passed a Pony Express station.  Did anyone else watch Young Riders way back?

1:32pm. Just watched some tumbleweed roll by :). I'll probably leave the rest of the day to Kat.  Adios!
